जब आप इस वेबसाइट को ओपन करेंगे तो आपके सामने यह page आएगा. आपको इस page में निचे आना है. और और पहले ऑप्शन Drivers/Learners license पर click कर देना है.

इतना करते ही आपके सामने यह page आ जायेगा. इस page में आपको जितने भी रेड स्टार दिख रहे है आपको उन सभी बॉक्स को सही-सही भर देना है. इस page में आपको सबसे पहला ऑप्शन मिलता है. State सेलेक्ट करने का आपका जो भी राज्य हो वह सेलेक्ट कर ले. फिर आपको अपना RTO Office सेलेक्ट करना है. और अपना Pincode भर देना है.
इसके बाद आपको Personal Details section पर आ जाना है. इस section में आपको सबसे पहले Name of the Applicant भरना है. मतलब की आपको उस व्यक्ति का नाम भरना है. जिसका आप learning licence का आवेदन करना चाहते है. इस बाक्स में आपको Applicant का fast name लास्ट name, और अगर कोई मिडल name है. तो उसे भर देना है. इसके बाद आपको Relation को सेलेक्ट करना है. और अपने Relation के नाम को भर देना है.
अब आपको Gender सेलेक्ट कर लेना है, अगर आप मेल है. तो मेल सेलेक्ट कर ले और अगर आप फीमेल है तो फीमेल सेलेक्ट कर ले. फिर आपको अपना Date of Birth टाइप कर देना है. फिर Place of Birth को टाइप कर देना है. और अपना Country Of Birth को सेलेक्ट कर लेना है. और फिर आपको अपना Qualification सेलेक्ट करना है. की आप कितना पढ़े लिखे है. फिर अगर आपको अपना Blood Group पता है. तो सेलेक्ट कर ले. नही तो ब्लांक छोड़ दे.

फिर आपको अपना Phone Number और Email Id भर देना है, इसके अतरिक्त आपको Applicants का Mobile Number देना होता है. जिस पर licence से जुड़ी जानकारी भेजी जाएगी. फिर आपको एक अतरिक्त नंबर देना है. इस नंबर का उपयोग जब किया जायेगा जब आपके द्वारा दिए गए नंबर पर संपर्क नही होगा. Emergency Mobile Number अगर आपके आप कोई अतरिक्त नंबर है. तो आप उसे भर दे. नही तो उसे खली छोड़ दे. फिर आपको Identification Marks 1-2 में आपको आपके शरीर में दिए गए निशानी को बताना है.
अब आप निचे Address section पर आ जाना है. और आपको इस section में दो ऑप्शन मिलता है. Present Address और Permanet Address आपको इस दोनों Address को भर देना है. अगर आपका Present Address और Permanent Address एक ही है, तो आप Copy To Permanent Address पर click कर दे.

अब आपको सेलेक्ट करना है. कि आप कोन से vehicle का licence बना चाहते है, जैसे कि आप अगर मोटर साइकिल का licence बना चाहते है, तो आप Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) को सेलेक्ट करेंगे, और राईट साइड के arrow के निशान पर click कर देना है. इसी तरह अगर आप साथ ही 4 wheeler का licence बनाना चाहते है, तो इसके लिए आपको Motor Cycle With Gear(Non Transport) (MCWG) को सेलेक्ट करना है. अगर आप से आधिक ऑप्शन सेलेक्ट हो जाता है, तो आपको उस ऑप्शन को डिलीट करने के लिए left side arrow बटन पर click करेंगे. इसके बाद आपको निचे सबमिट बटन पर click कर देना है.
इसके बाद आपसे पूछा जा रहा है. कि किया आप मरने के बाद अपने बॉडी पार्ट्स को डोनेट करना चाहते है. अगर हा तो ok बटन पर click कर दे. नही तो कैंसिल कर दे.

इतना करते ही आपका एप्लीकेशन seccessfully सबमिट हो चूका है. अब आपको Age Proof, Address Proof (Present), Form1 (Self Declaration) को अपलोड करना है. (Self Declaration) Form1 को downlaod करने के लिए आपको इस page में निचे आ जाना है. निचे आपको print Form1 का ऑप्शन मिलता है. आपको इस ऑप्शन पर click कर देना है.
जैसे ही आप form 1 पर click करेंगे तो आपके सामने यह फॉर्म आएगा. इस फॉर्म में आपको yas और no में जबाब देना है. और निचे अपना signature कर देना है. और इसे स्कैन कर लेना है.

अब आपके सामने यह page आएगा. इस page में आपको सबसे पहले Documents सेलेक्ट करना है, की आप कोन सा Document अपलोड करना चाहते है. जैसे की हम Age proof अपलोड करना चाहते है. यह Age proof को सेलेक्ट करेंगे. फिर Proofs पर आयेंगे अब आपको सेलेक्ट करना है. कि आप proof के लिए कोन सा Documents देना चाहते है. और फिर आप जोभी Document दे रहे है. उसका Documents नंबर डाल देना है. और टाइप करना है. की उस Document को Issue किसने किया है. और Document Issue date डालना है. इसके बाद Choose File पर click करके उस Document अपलोड कर देना है.

अब आपके सामने Slot बुकिंग करने के लिए आपको date आ जाएगी. आपको यह 4 रंग दिखेंगे. आपको श्रीफ ग्रीन कलर के date को सेलेक्ट करना है.
